Mr. Lee graduated from University of British Columbia with the degrees of Bachelor of Science (1st Class Honours) and Bachelor of Laws. He obtained his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from University of Hong Kong.

Mr. Lee was admitted as the Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 1981 and is a Notary Public. He founded Messrs. Spencer Lee & Co. Solicitors in 1993 before joining us in 2018. Mr. Lee practises in areas of litigation, property management, commercial, company, banking, probate, matrimonial and conveyancing.

Mr. Lee has been active in his community services. He was a Founding member (1987) and Chairman of Chinese Canadian Association (HK) Limited (1988-89, 2003-16), a Founding member of Canadian International School of Hong Kong Limited and Governor (1991-92, 2001-12,2015), a Founding member of Yee Hong Community Wellness Foundation of Hong Kong Limited (2002), Vice Chairman of Hong Kong Federation of Overseas Chinese Association Limited (2008-17) and a Founding Member of University of British Columbia Alumni Association (Hong Kong) Limited.
