Simon holds several qualifications in business and banking, as well as Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) degrees from the Manchester Metropolitan University , England and a Master Degree in Laws from the City University of Hong Kong. Simon is also an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers.

Simon has many years of experience in the banking sector. His last position in the banking field was Vice President of Inchroy Credit Corporation Ltd during 1992 – 1997 andfrom 1998-2000, a subsidiary of Bank of America (Asia) Limited, before switching professions to be a trainee solicitor for Messrs. Mei Leong, Lam and Co. from 2000-2002. Simon joined our firm in November 2002.
