Ms. Leung graduated from the Faculty of Law of the City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree in 1999 and obtained the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the City University of Hong Kong the following year. After graduation, Ms. Leung joined Fairbairn Catley Low & Kong as a trainee solicitor. After being admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of the HKSAR, Ms. Leung has worked in various law firms, focusing on both civil and criminal litigation. Ms. Leung joined Hau, Lau, Li & Yeung in 2007 and became a Senior Associate in 2019. Ms. Leung has extensive experience in handling civil and criminal litigation cases.
