Mr. Leung has been a member of the Family Law Committee of The Law Society of Hong Kong since 2000. He was a member of the sub-committee on Domestic Violence (2005), the sub-committee on Enforcement of maintenance orders (2012) and the Child Fatality Review Panel of the Social Welfare Department. He has also conducted seminars on behalf of the Hong Kong Academy of Law on “Injunction against Domestic Violence” and “the Concept of Parental Responsibilities”. He also is an external examiner of “Matrimonial Practice and Procedure”, PCLL programme of The University of Hong Kong, the adjunct Professor and course leader of “Family Law Practice” (2017-2018) and External Academic Advisor of “Family Law Practice”, PCLL programme of City University of Hong Kong and the External Course Assessor of “Family Law Practice”, PCLL programme of the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
