Ms. Lse joined our firm in 2021 and was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of the HKSAR in 2023. She became an assistant solicitor of our firm after admission. She was also admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2025.

Rowena has gained diverse experience focusing on conveyancing, commercial and civil litigation matters, which involves handling matters regarding contractual disputes, debt recovering, wills and probate.

Rowena obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Birmingham and the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from City University of Hong Kong. Pursuing further studies, she subsequently obtained her Master of Laws (LLM) in International Economic Law from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
