Mr. Yeung obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of London in 1986 and then his PCLL from The University of Hong Kong in 1987. He was an Inspector in the Customs and Excise Department before joining the legal profession in 1987. As a founding partner of our firm, Peter's major emphasis of practice is in acquisitions, corporate related matters, real estate development projects and related financial arrangements, conveyancing, commercial, civil and criminal litigation. He holds office of Independent Non-Executive Director in companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Mainboard and GEM. He was one of the legal advisors of the Disciplined Services Consultative Council (staff side) and the Association of Customs and Excise Services Officers, President of Lions Club and Chairman of The Josephian Association Ltd (an incorporate of the old boys of St. Joseph's Anglo-Chinese School).
