Ms. Lam obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree and PCLL from The University of Hong Kong. She received a Higher Diploma in PRC Law from the China University of Political Science and Law. She started her legal practice at Chu & Lau, Solicitors & Notaries in 1990 and continued her legal practice at W. I. Cheung & Co., Solicitors in 1992 and became a consultant there. Phyllis joined our firm in 2002. Her major practice is in corporate and commercial matters including cross-border transactions between Mainland and Hong Kong and civil litigation. She also advises on corporate management, business development and stragegy planning.
