Phyllis obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong. She received a Higher Diploma in PRC Law from the China University of Political Science and Law. She started her legal practice at Messrs. Chu & Lau in 1990 and continued her legal practice at Messrs. W. I. Cheung & Co. in 1992 and became a consultant there. Phyllis joined our firm in 2002. Her major practice is in corporate and commercial matters including cross-border transactions between Mainland and Hong Kong and civil litigation. She also advises on corporate management, business development and stragegy planning.
